Focused Strategy2Results® consulting

We help organisations turn strategic intent into results that hold.

Impactis works on the parts of strategy that directly affect results: the intent leaders set, the contribution people make, and the conditions that allow execution to hold.

What we do

Two tools. One results discipline.

We use Strategy Architecture to help leaders define the enterprise position clearly. We use S2R Quarterly Reviews to help leadership teams test whether execution is still aligned to that position.

The tools can be licensed for internal use, or delivered with Impactis facilitation when the organisation needs guided strategy work and executive review discipline.

The Strategy2Results® cycle The Strategy Architecture sits at the centre, setting the intent, contribution and conditions for execution. Four quarterly reviews ring it, each testing whether the strategy is holding. Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 Strategy Architecture Intent Contribution Conditions
The Strategy Architecture sets the position. Each quarter’s review tests whether it is holding.

The problem we address

Most execution gaps start before the review meeting.

Unclear intent

Leaders agree on ambition but do not always share the same meaning, trade-offs or strategic logic.

Disconnected contribution

Functions work hard, but the work does not always add up to one enterprise result.

Weak execution conditions

Reviews happen, but the organisation does not always see early enough where delivery is slipping.

How we work

Use the tools internally, or work with us through the process.

Licence

Client-led use

Your team uses the tools independently under licence, with the structure, templates and outputs needed to run the work internally.

Consulting

Impactis-facilitated use

We guide the leadership team through the Strategy Architecture and quarterly review process, helping convert discussion into decisions, commitments and measurable next steps.

Start where the results gap is showing.

If the organisation needs clearer strategic direction, begin with Strategy Architecture. If the strategy exists but results are not holding, begin with the quarterly review discipline.
